Once individuals are clear on their own strengths, expectations, and stress behaviors—it’s time to learn the same about each of their team mates AND their boss. When these are clear, an amazing organic change takes place and it is so much easier for the team to self-organize, to build trust, to avoid demotivating one another, to see the team blind spots, and to recruit the necessary talent for high functionality.

Group Birkman Workshop

This workshop provides results feedback in a group setting delivered by a certified Birkman consultant.
It can be effectively used with groups of people who do not work together on a ongoing basis and is equally successful with teams that work closely together. It can also act as the first step in professional development for the team, followed by the Team Integration Workshop.

Individuals will do the online Birkman questionnaire prior to the session and will be provided with a simplified version of their individual report via email prior to the session.
