The Hiring Processinterview

 The cost of a bad hire is estimated to be 1.5 times annual compensation. By utilizing a custom template for an internal job description, coupled with the Birkman Assessment data from applicants, we are able to inform interview questions so they are extremely substantive. Use of this method has reduced bad hires to a minuscule percentage. When hiring for a position in a company where there are many people in that same position—we also profile the most successful and least successful in order to analyze what kind of “wiring” seems to work in that particular position.
